my goals of meditation 




  1. Relieve stress in everyday life.
  2. To focus in high stress situations such as being timed, being yelled at, and relationships.
  3. To Improve physical activity in ones sport.
  4. Allow calmness when there is none.
  5. Reaction ability in mental and physical actions.
